• Human Capital: Strengthened leadership development through statewide equity training and new partnerships with Northwestern University and the Illinois Partners for Human Service.

• Collaboration: Rekindled key advocacy relationships and built new connections with the College of Lake County to advance shared goals.

• Knowledge Bank: Launched a Member Dashboard, new quality improvement plans, and revamped marketing strategies to enhance engagement and showcase member successes.
