AHS Human Capital Committee in the Spotlight

The Alliance's Human Capital Goal is to:"be a connector to help increase the competency [of the] Lake County human services workforce."  Highlights of the past six months include strengthening leadership development through statewide equity training.

By 2026, the Alliance will address the professional development needs of the health and human service sector staff and enhance their competency in the field.

Committee Goals and Action Plans:

  1. Secure partnerships starting with the skills building members view as valuable.

  2. Identify & secure relationships with known content experts on workforce skills that members agree are important & who are willing to consider offering services free of charge.

We will achieve these goals under the guidance and leadership of our two new Human Capital Co-chairs, Angie Sauer and Dr. Muriel Adams.
