The North Chicago Early Childhood Collaboration

The North Chicago Early Childhood Collaboration is a formalized group of stakeholders working together to improve their local early childhood system. The group meets the second Tuesday of each month at 10:00 a.m. at the YWCA Metropolitan Chicago office at 1537 S. Waukegan Rd. Waukegan IL.

The goals of the collaboration are:

  • Conducting outreach to families with children from birth to age five to share resources and engage/enroll in programming.

  • Facilitating opportunities for parent/caregiver-led outreach strategies.

  • Increase Family Child Care Businesses.
