Recap: Holiday Open House & Summer Community Listening Initiative Data Walk Hosted by the Healthcare Foundation of Northern Lake County

On December 5, 2024, members and partners gathered at the University Center of Lake County in Grayslake, IL, for a special Holiday Open House and the presentation of findings from the Summer Community Listening Initiative (SCLI).

During the event, attendees explored the results of five summer table talks and discussions with over 700 community stakeholders, all focused on understanding the Social Drivers of Health (SDOH) that most impact overall health and well-being in our communities. This interactive Data Walk provided an engaging way to learn from the voices of those we serve and reinforced our commitment to data-informed action.
