In this two part event, the Alliance will first host State Representative Bos. He will provide a front seat update of the happenings in Springfield. Then we will step up our advocacy activities and welcome Benjamin Ruddell, Director of Criminal Justice Policy and Khadine Bennett Advocacy and Intergovernmental Affairs Director at the ACLU of Illinois. They will discuss legislation the organization is following and the importance of reaching out to legislative leaders locally, in Springfield, and in DC.
